Oh my goodness! We cannot say enough about just how wonderful this restuarant is!! The food is incredible and the service is fantastic! It is our favorite place to dine!Best steak dinners around!!!

Best prime rib, smoked ribs and brisket I have ever had. Desserts are locally made and awesome as well!

Amazing smoked prime rib, baked potato, and grilled veggies!Service could be better, got seated right away and it was not too busy, I saw 3 small groups of 2-4 already there, an another couple came in about 5 minutes after we did. We had to wait more than 10 minutes before being asked if we wanted drinks, and then some time again before our order was taken. The couple that came in after us were taken care of right away, and recieved their meal about 15 minutes before us. The food came pretty quick, was hot, and very good which offset the wait. Again we were left waiting some time for our plates to be taken and to be asked if we wanted anything else, then another long delay before settling up our bill.The decor was nothing fancy, but it was clean, and comfortable. It was our first time here, and maybe our server was having an off day. We will definitely go again, and recommend it for a very good meal, and value. Kid friendly.

I travel to idaho now and then and have eaten at a few steak places some with big names but after biting into thier baby back ribs I about fell out of my chair. These ribs beat out most big chain steakhouse ribs. And I'm a man who likes my meat. The flavor just made my taste buds dance, the atmosphere and staff and owner were nice in talking about thier path in making such great ribs. I've been there once and talk about the ribs only but I will definitely be in anther time and try more of the menu. Oh I'm not a small guy but the meal with salad And what came with the plate i had to take home. Even after microwaving leftovers the meats was still juicy. Mmm good! Oh I would like to add from the bad reviews is that if i ate into a piece of meat and it was like leather why would I eat it, pay for it and write a bad review. They are aiming to please so just ask for another and I'm sure they will correct it. Can't wait to try the brisket.

This is one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to. The steaks are tasty. The service is friendly. The western themed decor is pleasant. The also serve great hamburgers, fish and chips and ribs. prime rib on the weekends.

Small but awesome place, will have to try again when the poor server isn't so busy but it was definitely worth the drive up north. Had a party of 5 and everyone in the group enjoyed each of their plates

If you haven't eaten here you are missing out BIG TIME. Absolutely the best prime rib in northern Idaho. Everything served is good homemade perfection. Great food, great service, great atmosphere! 5 star all the way

This rating is from when I ate there. Best burger I've ever had. Was hoping to get another before they close.. but athol is too far to drive w/o knowing the place is open. It's impossible to get them on the phone so guess I won't be having that burger. Line was busy first attempt. Each try after there was no answer.

Great place for steak. Small restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Love the fries!

We were so excited to take some friends here but it was one of the most awkward experiences. We had one older handicapped person in our group of four who's wife works tirelessly to take care of him, one Afghanistan Vet and one Iraq Vet. We ate, it was good. They never refilled our drinks or asked if we needed anything. They brought us our bill we paid right away. My friend was going to order a 2nd beer and thought maybe they would refill our ice tea just as the owner came out and started clearing away the silverware and asked if we could hurry up and leave because he needed the table for people waiting outside, even though other folks had been there longer and he had several other open tables! Unbelievable. Apparently he is in escrow and is selling the building to someone who does "gourmet" and charges 150.00 per plate. Worst experience in a long time. I feel sorry for the way that town is heading...too busy

We arrived right at closing time, but the entire staff was very welcoming! The food was absolutely excellent and the service was even better. Will definitely come back someday!

Some of nest smoked Prime Rib I have eaten! Cooked to perfection... Great service too.:-)
